The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated personal and professional leadership within the business or non-profit community and made significant contributions that have encouraged economic development. The individual chosen has provided outstanding leadership, financial contributions and investments, business knowledge and expertise to our local business community.
CRITERIA: To be eligible for consideration for this award, the nominee must: Be a member of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, reside locally or operate a business locally, have had a business in operation for five or more consecutive years. Persons excluded from consideration: Current selection committee members or past winners.
