The Nonprofit of the Year award recognizes an organization in the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce service area that demonstrates genuine partnership by working with other businesses, non-profits, and area agencies to identify issues and develop sustainable programs and initiatives that make a lasting impact on our community.
CRITERIA: Please nominate a member who is located in the Walton Area. Nominees in this category may not staff more than 50 employees. Particular areas of work to note are: Job creation/workforce development, community involvement at the corporate and/or employee representative level, involvement in county/regional-focused economic development programs, and involvement in programs that focus on school/education partnerships.
