Job Description
Immediate employment opportunity as part-time Accounting Administrative Assistant with Grand Boulevard LLC. Position requires familiarity with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and the ability to learn other office specific software programs. Professional background in Bookkeeping/Accounts Payable is required.
Duties will include:
  • Processing invoices
  • Daily input of sales and filing
  • AP statement reconciliation
  • AR Tenant Maintenance invoicing
  • Create Excel sales reports
  • Tenant Rent notices
  • Monthly Partner meeting preparation
This is a part-time position beginning at 32 hours per week.  Candidate must possess a pleasant, positive and upbeat manner. Excellent phone and personal interaction skills are also essential.
Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $13 - $15 an hour depending on skill level, aptitude and experience
College Degree: Preferred
