DESCRIPTION: Tacos, pizza, and birthday cake are just a few of our favorite things. Everyone has a few foods at the top of their must-eat list, but just because you love them doesn’t mean your body does. Join us on Wednesday, February 27th at 12:00 pm for our February Lunch & Learn, “Food...Friend or Foe?” with PA-C Amy Drab. Amy will focus on helping everyone gain an understanding of the different reactions our bodies can have to certain foods. This lunch and learn will explain how to use the elimination diet protocol to understand once and for all if a specific food is causing you to feel less than your best. If you are experiencing symptoms like blood sugar spikes, bloating, fatigue, joint pain, headaches, or anything in between, the elimination diet can help you figure out which food or group of foods could be causing your symptoms. This lunch & learn will be held at Foundations Medical Center on February 27, 2019, from noon to 1:00 p.m. Amy will do a 30-minute presentation with a Q & A session following. This event is free to attend. Lunch will be provided by Everkrisp and attendees will have the chance to enter to win awesome door prizes!
RSVP to Stacy, stacy@foundationsmedicalcenter.com, by February 26th to claim your spot.
