Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Hosts 7th Annual Celebrity Server Luncheon, Aug. 17

Local Art Advocates Channel Arts & Entertainment Industry Icons and Stars to Champions Arts Education on the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast
DESTIN, FLA. — (July 24, 2017) Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation (MKAF) announces an artistic twist to its 7th Annual Celebrity Server Luncheon to be held on Thursday, Aug. 17 at Bonefish Grill at 4447 Commons Drive East in Destin.
Local business leaders are teaming up as art ambassadors by serving luncheon guests dressed in costumes representing the arts and entertainment industry (musicals, film, super heroes to Grammy music stars).
Celebrity servers will be competing for the Best Team Costume and Top Celebrity Team Server going to the team raising the most funds through ticket sales and tips). 
MKAF Education Director Melanie Moore stated, “Since 1995, Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation has been an advocate to fund outreach programs to more than 300,000 K-12 students in Okaloosa and Walton county schools. Today, MKAF has expanded its outreach populations to serve the unique needs of our community through United Way agencies and a “Warrior Arts” initiative for veterans with both visible and invisible injuries.
There will be two seatings for lunch at 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Enjoy a buffet-style Bonefish Grill lunch served by the following local celebrities: Brian & Jessi Beauchamp (Beauchamp Commercial), Lisa Kay & Chris Kellogg (Coast 93.3 Morning Show), Caroline Majure & Ron Todd (Deja’ Vu Band), Dion & Mindy Moniz (Emerald Coast Title Services/Harrison Sale McCloy & Premier Property Group), Leslie Sullivan & Kim Moore (Century 21/Blue Marlin Realty) and Tracy & Alan Wood (NextHome Cornerstone Realty & CCB Community Bank).

All event proceeds will benefit MKAF’s community outreach programs to provide cultural experiences through quality music, theatre, and visual arts programs. 
Since 1995, MKAF outreach has served over 304,000 people in Okaloosa and Walton counties in more than 70 schools, United Way agencies and veteran and military organizations that are thoughtfully curated to serve the unique needs of these special populations.
