DESCRIPTION:Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will hold their 18th Annual Triathlon on Saturday\, August 28th withproceeds benefiting Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast.\n\nOver 700 competitors will take part in a half-mile Gulf of Mexico swim\, a 20-mile bike trek along the coast\, and a four-mile run through Sandestin's beach and bayside community.\n\nTo ensure the success of this event\, 125 volunteersare needed to serve as run and bike course volunteers\, and to help with registation\, water stations\,and traffic control.
