DESCRIPTION:The Stand Up to Breast Cancer Event was created to honor local breast cancer survivors and help raise awareness. Twenty area breast cancer survivors will be honored and recognize during the event on October 29th. \n\n\n\nSpecial guest is Brenda Ladun who anchors the 6:00 and 10:00 News on ABC 33/40. She's worked in Birmingham television for two decades and she's a five time winner of the Alabama Associated Press Awards for Best Investigative Reporter and Best Specialized reporter.\n\n\n\nStand Up to Breast Cancer Event is presented by Northwest Florida Daily News in partnership with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center\, Twin Cities Hospital and FWB Chamber of Commerce.
