DESCRIPTION:Proposed Project Scope\n\nThe Leadership Walton Class of 2025 2026 proposes the construction of a goat shelter and enrichment structures to support the care and wellbeing of animals currently on-site\, while also incorporating community art\, student engagement\, and nonprofit collaboration.\n\n\n\nProject Components\n\n	Goat Shelter Construction\n	10'x20' lean-to style shelter with walls on 3 sides and raised floor.\n	Roof height of 8' on high side.\n	Designed to accommodate up to 10 goats Durable\, weather-resistant structure suitable for year-round use\n\n\n\nGoat Enrichment Features\n\n	Construction of three (3) wooden goat perches\n\n\n\nArtistic Community Mural (Plaque Alternative)\n\n	Each exterior side of the shelter will be painted as a collaborative mural:\n	One side painted by Leadership Walton Class\n	One side painted by Seacoast Collegiate High School\n	One side painted by Westonwood Ranch participants\n	This shared mural will serve as a living plaque\, symbolizing collaboration\, inclusion\, and community investment.\n\n\n\nShelter & Wood Perch Details\n\n	Exact location on the ranch: behind the greenhouse inside the goat pen.\n	Tear down exisiting goat pen.\n	Wood perches: location would be to the right of the goat pen.
