NFSO conductor and music director Jeffrey Rink leads the Emerald Coast’s premiereprofessional orchestra and Lois Van Dam leads the community chorus of some of the region’s finest vocalists. Now in its 24th season\, the NFSO is operated by NWF State College and is supported by public and corporate donations.  A custom orchestral shell in the college’s Mattie Kelly Arts Center provides the optimum in acoustics for symphony patrons.
