Over 1\,100 local children have been registered to receive assistance for the upcoming school year.\n\n\n\nThe program provides children in need with a backpack of school supplies\, new shoes and a haircut.  Destiny Worship Center is encouraging the sponsorship of a child for $50 so that the correct shoes and supplies can be purchased based on that particular child's needs.  Donations of shoes\, backpacks and school supplies are also being accepted.\n\n\n\nAnyone interested in making a monetary\, tax deductible donation of any amount should contact Destiny Worship Center at (850) 650-6800 or visit Silver Sands Shopper Services Kiosk now through July 29th.
