DESCRIPTION:Walton County District 4 Commissioner Sara Comander\, the Solid Waste Department and Public Works is hosting a community clean up day in Choctaw Beach. \n\n \n\n Choctaw Beach Park \n\nState Road 20 \n\n8:00am to 2:00 pm \n\n \n\nWaste tire amnesty will also be held on the same date\, during the same hours and at both locations.  Walton County residents may bring up to 12 tires per residence.\n\n \n\nDumpsters provided for Walton County residents to dump trash\, yard debris\, tires\, appliances\, and other miscellaneous items. A crew and equipment to off-load heavy items will be available. Recycling trailers will also be available for newsprint\, cardboard\, and aluminum. Limit of (4) tires per household.\n\n \n\nDO NOT BRING: POISONS\, PESTICIDES\, PAINTS\, THINNERS\, GASOLINE\, AND OTHER FLAMMABLES.\n\n \n\nFor more information\, you may contact the Walton County Landfill at 850-892-8180.
