Hello this is Delinda Harrison\, fitness coach for Curves on the Go. \;I Hope life is treating you well. \;I wanted to let you know about a new thing I am doing. \;Super excited to be partnering with Destin/30A Moms and bringing the Curves on the Go Cardio Strength class to the Hub every other Thursday. \;If you need\, childcare will be available at $2 per child. \;Plus after the class coffee from Nectar is included! \;Hope to see you there. \;See below for the info.

\nWe will meet in The Hub'\;s main green space and Delinda Harrison will lead us in a 30 minute cardio strength workout. This higher-intensity powerful plyometric class will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong!

\n\nCoffee+ the Curves on the Go workout with Delinda is included in your ticket.

\n\nPlan to get to The Hub at 9:00 and we will mingle and get settled. The workout will start at 9:30am. And we will wrap up with coffee from Nectar.
