Curves On the Go is a mobile\, pop-up style workout program created by Curves. \n\nThis group strength training workout is FUN\, FAST\, and SAFE. Classes are led by a dynamic certified personal trainer\, using resistance training\, making this a total body workout right in your neighborhood!\n\nCurves On The Go is great for all fitness levels because it combines both low and high intensity moves in circuit style format. Classes are designed to bring local women together for friendship and fitness\, all while working up a sweat on their way to reaching their health and fitness goals.
