January is Mentor Appreciation Month. \n\n\n\nProgram:\n\n\n\nThe Anatomy of a Best Place to Work\n\n\n\nGreg Harris\, CEO at Quantum Workplace\n\n\n\nGreg Harris leads Quantum Workplace\, an Omaha-based leader in the human resource technology industry. Under Harris' leadership\, Quantum has amassed North America's largest database of employee engagement data. Quantum Workplace partners with talent-minded organizations to improve employee experiences and therefore drive sustainable competitive advantage. Quantum Workplace has been recognized by Inc Magazine in each of the last two years as one of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining Quantum Workplace\, Harris founded a consultancy that specialized in client satisfaction analysis.
