SUMMARY:Ribbon Cutting Coastal Core Pilates & Golf Conditioning
DESCRIPTION:During the Ribbon Cutting there will be  demonstrations of Pilates and of their Golf Conditioning program. Attendees will have the chance to go through a scaled down brief Titleist Performance Physical Assessment and a chance to try out the K-Vest 3D Swing Analysis where they will have a few minutes of golf  swing instruction and physical instruction\, attendees will walk away with a few tips and takeaways for a better golf game. These mini sessions  will be about 15 minutes per person.
