DESCRIPTION:Part of the NFSO?s 24th season\, the concert features the winners of the prestigious annual NFSO Regional Concerto Competition as well as the playful classic by Russian composer Prokofiev\, Peter and the Wolf\, to delight and inspire children and adults of all ages.  NFSO founding conductor emeritus John Leatherwood will lend his talents as the narrator of this delightful work. The NFSO is the Emerald Coast?s premiere professional orchestra and performs on the mainstage of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center\, where a custom orchestral shell provides an optimum acoustical experience for symphony patrons.The NFSO is operated by NWF State College and is supported by charitable donations and corporate underwriting.
