The certified 5K will start in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre and wind through the Gulf-side community and nature trail. Following the 5K\, a family-friendly 1 Mile Fun Run will kick off for children ages 12 and younger. After the races\, runners can gather in the Amphitheatre for awards\, live music\, a bounce house\, and more. Proceeds will benefit Alaqua Animal Refuge\, a no-kill shelter on the Emerald Coast that has helped find homes for 11\,000 animals since its inception in 2007.
