Chautauqua Winery's 2012 Harvest Festival

Chautauqua Vineyards & Winery is pleased to invite you to the Annual Harvest Festival on October 27, 2012. Come out and join us as we celebrate another wonderful year of harvesting.   There will be fun for everyone starting with, live entertainment; arts & crafts; a Cruise in car show; good food and free wine tastings.

Our crafters will be traveling from all over the South East to show off their talents. The arts & crafts show will offer jewelry, paintings, art, baskets, scarves, wood work, embroidery work, and many more hand crafted items.

We are teaming up with our local car clubs to present a spectacular cruise in competition. There will be a variety of cars, something for everyone to see.  A $100.00 prize and 3 foot trophy goes to the best in show. Our local Kiwanis Club will be serving up hot food.

Our live entertainment will open with classic sounds by Smokin' Rodeo from 10am to 1:30pm. We are also excited to welcome and present our local uprising star and R&B singer,  you have seen him featured on NBC's The Voice or possibly heard him all along the beautiful Emerald Coast, Geoff McBride, will take the stage at 2pm- 6pm.

A little about Geoff McBride from the man himself:  "Music, to me, has been and always will be a constant story of life. As I discovered my talent to sing, the challenge was how do I raise my voice to be heard? And so the journey began. Loving music as much as I do, I subjected myself to as many different genres of music as possible. Listening to great artists from Stevie Wonder to James Taylor, Aretha Franklin to Janice Joplin, and to different forms of music from soul to rock, from pop to country and everything in between; they all had one thing in common: They could tell an incredible story through song. As a teenager it was then I discovered the emotion of other instruments and sounds that married well with voice. I have always believed that music has no concrete origin but, yet, a universal language that we all understand."
