The Emerald Coast Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) will host a seminar on “On Boarding – How Do You Welcome Your New Employees?” on Tuesday February 28, 2012. This seminar is open to individuals and businesses with an interest in human resource management and there is no charge to attend. A recent SHRM survey shows 81% of employers have some type of on boarding program. The seminar will cover what on boarding is and how it is being used in today’s business climate. Human resource professionals will discuss how their business conducts on boarding and the benefits derived. If you conduct on boarding or have considered implementing a program for your new employees, this is the seminar to attend. Space is limited and we recommend reserving a spot early by contacting Larry Tipton at Ltipton@jobsplus02.com or 850-833-7587 x254. There is no charge for this seminar, but registration is required. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.
