For most of us, teamwork is a part of everyday life. Whether it’s at home, in the community, or at work, we are often expected to be a functional part of a performing team. Working in a successful and happy team is extremely rewarding. The cooperative atmosphere, the ease of achieving big results and the sense of significance of belonging to a successful team is very appealing. This unique workshop provides practical tools and techniques for improving teamwork for anyone who works as part of a team and wants to raise team performance.
In this course participants will learn:
• The 5 skills critical to a successful team effort
• The four stages of team development
• The team building process (forming, storming, norming, performing)
• How to identify team strengths and opportunities for improvement
• How to rephrase blunt wording for better communication
• How to transform a group of people to a team of motivated individuals who work smoothly towards a common goal
• Ensuring a positive workplace environment
