He is the author of 67 books on quality, leadership, management and supervision. Six of his books are bestsellers and three of them have been translated into foreign languages (Korean, Malaysian and Indonesian). He has served as a consultant and trainer for numerous organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations and is a widely recognized public speaker on quality, leadership and management-related topics.
