The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa needs YOUR HELP to break a world record this summer!
On July 3, Hilton Sandestin Beach will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most people buried in the sand simultaneously. It’s called “The Big Dig” and we want 750 people to participate and break the standing world record of 684 set earlier this year in Ecuador.
The attempt will take place on Wednesday, July 3, with registration from 7 to 8 a.m., and the “burial” beginning at exactly 8:30 a.m. We need YOUR help! We are recruiting volunteers to assist at the registration tables, t-shirt sales and refreshments. We hope you can join us!
We would also love for your family to participate in the event! Full event details and participant registration are available at www.sandestinbeachhilton.com/the-big-dig.
Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering so we can get you all the information you need to help us break the Guinness World Record for the most people buried in the sand simultaneously. Feel free to contact Megan Harrison, Hilton Sandestin Beach marketing manager, with questions or to sign up at mharrison@hiltonsandestinbeach.com or 850-267-9661.
