About the Book:
Never Split the Difference, written by former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss, explores the power of communication in high-stakes situations. Through real-life stories and practical techniques, the book highlights how emotional intelligence, active listening, and empathy can lead to better outcomes in both professional and personal conversations. It challenges traditional negotiation advice and shows how building trust and understanding can transform the way we communicate.
This month’s discussion will take place at Beach & Brew, and it’s also music bingo night, so we’ll be partaking in that as well.
