Experienced Sous Chef (PM)
Down Island Gulf Seafood Restaurant is looking to hire EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEFS to join our crew of high-energy, happy and talented hospitality professionals! Down Island is currently open daily for lunch (11 am-3 pm), happy hour (3-5 pm), and dinner (5-9 pm Sun-Thurs, 5-10 pm Fri-Sat). We are closed on Mondays thru February 2025. We are also open on Sunday for brunch (10 am-3 pm). The pay is flexible depending on your experience. Prior experience working as a sous chef, chef de cuisine or kitchen manager
