Duties include management of all aspects of accounting functions, preparing budget projections for each association, and reconciling bank statements. Other responsibilities include preparation of monthly, quarterly and bi-annual assessment statements for homeowners. An Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position and the right candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Applications as well as possess good communication skills. Newman-Dailey is offering a $500 sign on bonus, salary commensurate with experience, and full benefits. Drug Screen is required.
