Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post general ledger (G/L) entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Collaborate within the department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
