- Department: Administration - EMS
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

- Location: Destin, Florida
- Travel will be required, previous EMT, paramedic, or firefighter experience and Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
Coordinate and develop programs with emergency medical services providers.
- Act as a liaison between hospital and emergency medical services providers to increase volume of patients brought to emergency room.
- Oversee hospital training regarding emergencies. Ensure plan meets federal, state and other regulatory requirements.
- Educate emergency medical services providers of changes in pre-hospital standards of care.
- Establish quality review process for emergency medical services run sheets and follow up with providers.
- Assist in the development of marketing and communication programs directed towards emergency medical services providers to increase awareness of hospital's range of services.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Paramedic with minimum of 7-10 years experience in pre-hospital or emergency field required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Needs to live in the Niceville - Inlet Beach area.
