Position 1: Service Coordinator, will take incoming calls from clients and schedule field technicians to their properties, work with field techs while on site to ensure client satisfaction and provide follow up as needed. This individual will work closely with our team and office manager to continue assist in workflow and customer service. Proficiency with desktop computing and current applications, multi-tasking and excellent customer service is desired. 2+ years of experience in a similar position is required.
Position 2: General Admin, will learn all aspects of our workflow procedures and assist as needed. Some experience in an office setting is required.
Both in-office positions are full time with holiday and vacation benefits. We also offer health insurance.
