Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Leasing Agent is to lease apartments to prospective residents by effectively demonstrating value in the features and amenities of the community and specific floor plan styles. A high level of detailed follow-up with prospects is required. The Leasing Agent will display a proactive, positive attitude and be willing to assist in all aspects of leasing, marketing, and customer service.
