Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job description:

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Inc is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Association Management team!

$500 Sign-on Bonus, Non-remote position, Pay congruent with experience

Full time, Benefits Available, Drug screen required

Position Description/Summary: Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the property building, grounds, and common areas as assigned by supervisor. Little or no supervision required. May be asked to fulfill supervisory duties in supervisor’s absence. Available for ‘on call’ duty after hours.

Major Job Tasks: Complete Association work orders assigned but not limited to analyzing/repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Carpentry, pool and spa repairs. Maintain and repair sprinkler systems. Thorough understanding of work order system. Available for after hour call backs. Notify supervisor of needed supplies. Maintain proper inventory levels. Perform duties assigned to meet Association objectives. Be familiar with local/state laws for building codes and hazardous materials.

Required Education/Experience/Skills: High School Education or Equivalent. Knowledge of pool maintenance and equipment, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and ground maintenance. Minimum 5 years Condominium Maintenance experience. Must possess a License or Certification in at least one maintenance type skill plus maintain a CPO. Be able to speak, read and write English. Must be available for differing shifts, be neat & courteous, trainable and open to changes.

Requested Education/Experience Skills: High School or Equivalent. Vocational training and/or certification in one of the following areas: Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC. 5 years experience in Condominium Maintenance a plus.

Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor work required, able to work in extreme temperatures and able to stand for long periods of time. Be available nights, holidays and weekends.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs, walking stairs, bend, and reach push/pull.
