Client Relationship Manager | BayView Private Wealth

BayView Private Wealth is currently seeking a disciplined, organized, and communication-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in collaborating with our Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive operational support and seek to create operational efficiencies for their businesses.

All new hires in this position are connected with a mentor who will guide them through our mentorship program to learn our established processes and systems.

Location:

  • This is a full-time, in office position based in Destin, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient, timely, and professional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage inbound client communications, including phone calls and emails, with a service-first mindset.
  • Customize client portals and support personalized care by addressing individual client needs.
  • Collect and organize data from prospective clients to support onboarding and planning.
  • Prepare financial documents and materials in advance of client meetings.
  • Open and maintain client accounts across multiple custodial platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Draft clear, professional correspondence and perform general office tasks such as filing, mailing, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate client meetings, events, and logistics with precision and professionalism.
  • Support firmwide compliance efforts by understanding regulatory policies and maintaining required documentation.
  • Contribute to practice management initiatives and represent the firm with professionalism both internally and externally.
  • Organize and execute client appreciation events that include venue selection, site preparation, food and beverage delivery, door prizes and participant deliverables.

  • Maintain in-house marketing campaign that includes a monthly newsletter, YouTube channel, social media posts, email campaigns, and financial marketing software.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000, depending on experience, with potential of annual bonus

Qualifications:

  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have the willingness and capacity to learn firm technology systems and implement them into the advisor's practice.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be a self-starter.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
