Drive clinical excellence and regulatory integrity by designing and implementing robust quality monitoring systems that ensure your specialty unit consistently exceeds national accreditation and safety standards.

Cultivate a high-performance culture by leading the full talent lifecycle—from strategic hiring and mentorship to performance evaluation—ensuring a deeply engaged team of specialists dedicated to patient and physician satisfaction.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
