How you’ll make an impact in this role

Drive clinical excellence and regulatory integrity by designing and implementing robust quality monitoring systems that ensure your specialty unit consistently exceeds national accreditation and safety standards.

Cultivate a high-performance culture by leading the full talent lifecycle—from strategic hiring and mentorship to performance evaluation—ensuring a deeply engaged team of specialists dedicated to patient and physician satisfaction.

Optimize unit operations and health services by developing sophisticated policies and workflows that remove barriers to care, ensuring the efficient delivery of life-saving interventions in high-acuity environments.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
