Position Overview
Encore Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources & Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, administrative leadership, and corporate compliance across all Encore Inc. brands and subsidiaries.
This role is responsible not only for managing the employee lifecycle for a team of approximately 200 employees, but also for maintaining the operational integrity of the business through oversight of payroll processing, insurance administration, business licensing, and office management functions.
This position serves as a central hub for people, compliance, and administrative infrastructure — ensuring Encore’s workforce, leadership, and entities are properly supported, protected, and operating efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for approximately 200 employees across multiple entities
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file compliance
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
- Support performance management processes and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain employee handbook and HR policies
- Coordinate training, documentation, and internal HR communications
- Serve as a trusted internal resource for leadership and team members
Payroll Administration
- Manage payroll entry and processing for ~200 employees
- Ensure accuracy of hours, compensation changes, deductions, and benefits
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with wage laws and payroll tax requirements
Insurance Administration
- Oversee all corporate insurance policies including:
- General liability
- Property
- Workers compensation
- Fleet / vehicle coverage
- Umbrella policies
- Manage renewals, documentation, and policy updates
- Coordinate claims and communications with brokers
- Maintain and administer insurance policies for company owners, including:
- Personal liability coverage
- Executive protection policies (if applicable)
- Ensure coverage adequacy across all Encore Inc. entities
Business Licensing & Compliance
- Maintain all required business licenses across Encore Inc. and its subsidiaries
- Track renewal deadlines and ensure timely filings
- Coordinate with state and local agencies as needed
- Maintain compliance documentation across all operating entities
Office Management & Administrative Leadership
- Oversee general office operations and administrative processes
- Maintain an organized, functional, and professional workplace environment
- Manage office systems, supplies, and administrative workflows
- Support leadership with documentation, scheduling, and operational coordination as needed
- Assist with internal communication and cross-departmental administrative needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Administrative Leadership
- Experience processing payroll for 100+ employees preferred
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience managing insurance policies and renewals strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-entity business structures is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong systems thinker with attention to detail
- Preferred experience in Paycor Payroll System

Reporting Structure
Reports to: CEO/COOWorks closely with: Accounting, Legal, and Brand Leadership Teams
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
