We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing digital and traditional marketing strategies across several company brands.

This role will create compelling content, manage brand presence across multiple platforms, and support the development of broader marketing efforts including email campaigns, graphic design, PR initiatives, and overall marketing strategy.

We’re looking for a proactive thinker who thrives on ownership, takes initiative, and brings fresh, original ideas to the table. Candidates should be well-versed in establishing brand identity, crafting optimized content, and staying ahead of digital media trends and key influencers in the furniture and design space.

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend availability required for events and key initiatives. The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing, with KPIs focused on brand growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content for multiple brands
  • Drive engagement through tailored multi-platform strategies
  • Practice direct social care for all organic and paid posts
  • Partner with internal teams to address questions/reviews on social platforms
  • Develop and maintain each brand’s voice and visual consistency
  • Assist with the execution of traditional marketing efforts, including:
  • Email campaign development
  • Graphic design and print collateral
  • Public relations and media outreach
  • Marketing strategy and reporting
  • Edit photography and manage digital asset libraries for the family of brands.
  • Facilitate influencer engagement and content curation
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Support on-site events, content shoots, and team initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of social media management experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative work environment
  • Willingness to be on-site Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
