Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills to support executive leadership. This role combines administrative support with financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, communications, and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain close attention to detail with focus on accuracy in all job duties (open to suggestions on how to word this – mainly trying to say they need to keep records of stuff they do like creating passwords for accounts or changes to company accounts)
- Assist with budgeting
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and financial data
- Support special projects and improve processes through data insights
- Must be willing to sign NDA and use discretion across company and client communication channels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with bookkeeping a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-driven and able to maintain detailed records while managing multiple projects
- High attention to detail and accuracy
