**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment in residences and commercial establishments
- Complete work orders accurately for billing purposes
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Obtain and maintain required certifications
- Test and repair electrical circuits and components, and verify system compliance
- Inspect and test HVAC systems for efficiency and proper function
- Communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve issues
- Record and report all faults and time/materials spent on work orders
- Collaborate with dispatchers and office managers for seamless operation
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License

- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in residential/commercial work
- Abilities to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Capacity to lift heavy objects and operate HVAC-related tools
