About Us

Beaches Construction was originally founded by Kenneth Karr in 1999, since then, Ken built a strong company mainly focusing on waterproofing, structural repair, and renovations. As we continue to build on that foundation, Beaches Construction is adding new services, with new construction. Combined, we have over 50 years of new construction experience in office, when added with our design firms, we are able to deliver an unmatched service! We will remain the structural repair, waterproofing, and remodeling contractor that Bay and Walton Counties have come to love in addition to New Construction!
