Along Florida’s iconic Scenic Highway 30A, a new concept is preparing to open its doors — one designed less like a traditional store or restaurant and more like a place people naturally want to settle into.
The 30A Store and Beach Happy Café + Cocktails plan to open in just a few weeks in Seagrove. The combination of the two stores introduces a fresh take on the coastal lifestyle experience: part boutique, part cocktail destination, part gathering space. Guests can browse exclusive new lines of 30A-inspired apparel and goods while enjoying handcrafted cocktails, wine, and a curated menu of shareable food offerings designed for slow afternoons and lively evenings alike.
Built around the idea that shopping should feel social and hospitality should feel personal, the concept was created to reflect the laid-back energy and community spirit that have long defined the 30A lifestyle.
“We wanted to create something that feels effortless — where guests can walk in for a cocktail, discover something unexpected, stay for food, and leave feeling connected to the experience,” said Thomas Gallion. The space was carefully designed by Erika Powell to feel welcoming and authentically 30A.
The retail component will feature exclusive merchandise collections, elevated coastal essentials, and carefully selected lifestyle products inspired by the colors, textures, and culture of the Gulf Coast. Meanwhile, the bar and culinary program will focus on approachable yet refined offerings that complement the relaxed atmosphere of the space with Chef Tyler McMahan at the helm.
More than simply a retail store or dining concept, the new flagship location aims to become a destination where locals and visitors can gather, unwind, and experience a different side of 30A culture.
The opening will include never before seen 30A clothing line, opening weekend events, and tastings from Beach Happy Café + Cocktails.
