North Walton Doctors Hospital Introduces Tyler Williams as Interim CEO
DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla. (July 1, 2026) — North Walton Doctors Hospital (NWDH) has named Tyler Williams, MHA, as interim chief executive officer. Williams, a healthcare leader with experience specializing in rural hospital operations, strategic growth and financial performance, will lead the hospital through its next chapter of growth and long-term sustainability.
Williams joins NWDH at a pivotal time, as the hospital announces a new strategic partnership with Aletheia Health Partners. This partnership is focused on strengthening operations, expanding access to services, and supporting long-term sustainability while maintaining its commitment to high-quality healthcare close to home.

Williams brings more than a decade of healthcare administration experience to this role, advancing from operations-focused positions to executive leadership roles throughout his career. In his most recent role as chief financial officer for Stephens County Hospital, Williams improved the organization’s financial and operational performance, reduced short-term liabilities, and returned the hospital to profitability. Earlier in his career, he led quality improvement initiatives that strengthened hospital operations and community healthcare access.
