Sarah Davis Expands Leadership Impact Across the Emerald Coast Through Mentorship, Emerging Leader Development

WALTON COUNTY, Fla. — Aug. 31 — Recreate Leadership founder Sarah Davis is expanding her impact across the Emerald Coast through community mentorship and her new venture, Lead Aligned, including its Strong Ties Academy focused on preparing college students and emerging professionals for success in the workplace.

Through Recreate Leadership, Davis works with business leaders, nonprofits and military communities to build more self-aware, connected and engaged teams. Her strengths-based approach, including the use of the CliftonStrengths assessment , helps leaders better understand their people, improve communication and trust, and create workplace cultures where individuals can contribute at their best.

Locally, Davis is putting those principles into practice through her involvement with Mentoring Emerald Coast as a mentor for the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Walton program, helping emerging and established leaders strengthen their impact across the community.

Davis is also expanding that mission through Lead Aligned, co-owned with Dr. Victoria McCausland, and its Strong Ties Academy, designed to equip college students and emerging professionals with the self-awareness, social awareness and human skills needed to successfully transition from the classroom into the workplace.
