Scenic Walton Presents Design Excellence Award to John Freer for Crossings at Inlet Beach and Shoppes @ Inlet
Walton County, FL — (December 3, 2025) — Scenic Walton is proud to announce that business owner, developer, and community leader John Freer is the recipient of their Design Excellence Award for the third quarter of 2025 for his projects, the Crossings at Inlet Beach and Shoppes @ Inlet on the 30A/98 Scenic Corridor. The award was presented to John and his wife Nina by Scenic Walton Board President, Anthony Vallee and Executive Director Leigh Moore.
Scenic Walton’s Design Excellence Award celebrates businesses and local governmental entities that demonstrate outstanding commitment to architecture, landscaping, signage, and overall scenic beauty in the built environment. The initiative, launched in 2017, highlights exceptional developments that enhance the visual and environmental appeal of Walton County.
