Last week, The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches ushered in its next chapter with a dazzling launch celebration in Miramar Beach, bringing together community leaders, tastemakers, and industry visionaries for an evening that embodied the brand’s signature blend of sophistication and lifestyle.

Guests arrived at Hotel Effie Sandestin in formalwear accented with striking pops of red — a nod to The Agency’s iconic branding,  and were greeted with champagne, an elegant spread of hors d’oeuvres, and the sounds of chic lounge tracks as anticipation built for the evening’s program.

The evening’s most anticipated moment came with the arrival of Mauricio Umansky, Founder and CEO of The Agency. Mauricio reflected on the company’s global growth, from the recent Madrid office launch to this new foothold in Northwest Florida, and spoke with passion about the unique character of Miramar Beach and the broader 30A corridor. His remarks emphasized The Agency’s vision to not only market homes, but to cultivate a lifestyle that blends luxury with community and cultural connection.

Sara Becnel, Managing Partner at The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches, followed with remarks that celebrated the firm’s partnership with Osprey Pointe and highlighted the role The Agency will play in elevating coastal living along 30A. She shared news of the next phase of Osprey Pointe’s luxury residences — developments that will shape the market’s trajectory and further define the area as a world-class destination.

The night also spotlighted creativity through the Agency Art House initiative, with artist Brendan Parker unveiling a custom-designed surfboard that blended artistry and brand identity. The reveal underscored the synergy between real estate and creative culture, while sparking conversation around how The Agency aims to integrate community partnerships into its work.

Adding to the evening’s sense of purpose and celebration, Glen Stegemann, Managing Partner of The Agency Northwest Florida Beaches, spoke about his pride in building a strong foundation for the brand in the Panhandle. He underscored the immense opportunity in the region, one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in the country, and the importance of The Agency’s presence in positioning Miramar Beach and 30A on the global stage.

The celebration then transitioned to glamour and high style with a runway fashion showcase in partnership with the Bal Harbour Shops pop-up, featuring luxury designer looks that captivated the audience before giving way to a high-energy dance party. Specialty cocktails, late-night bites, and interactive lounge spaces carried the evening late into the night, cementing the event as one of the Panhandle’s most memorable gatherings.
