The Blue Giraffe Celebrates Its 15 th Anniversary with a Holiday Open House on Nov. 12 The community is invited to enjoy light bites, libations, artist pop ups, holiday gifts, and discounts
INLET BEACH, Fla. – October 1, 2025—The Blue Giraffe, an art and gifts boutique in Inlet Beach, will celebrate its 15 th Anniversary on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025 with a holiday open house from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Owned by mother-daughter team, Christi Sheffield and Debbie Taylor, the gallery has become a favorite among locals for original art and unique gifts, and is consistently recognized as a Best Art Gallery/Studio in the annual Perfect in South Walton Awards. Located in The Crossings near Rosemary Beach, the gallery’s anniversary celebration will include light bites and libations along with special discounts, giveaways and guest artist pop ups.“We are humbled by the outpouring of support over the last 15 years,” said Christi Sheffield, co-owner of the Blue Giraffe. “We’ve made many friends over the years, and enjoyed the camaraderie of the 30A community. This is our chance to say ‘thank you’ and invite everyone out for a festive afternoon inspired by our art and gifts with heart. Through our bright, cheerful art, handmade jewelry, inspirational books and one-of-a-kind gifts, we strive to be a source of positivity and inspiration in South Walton and beyond.”
The anniversary celebration will kick off at 3 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce followed by light refreshments and champagne, while art-lovers explore the artist pop-ups. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists and discover the inspiration and process behind some of their original pieces. Returning favorites include The Moore Family Folk Art, whose works combine vintage bottle caps and cans to create colorful art, and Sarah Stewart, the local author of Arlo's Day on 30A, Dog Beach Party, and Gigi's Shells. In addition, there will be artist pop ups by The Charming Sister, featuring her locally handcrafted jewelry designs which incorporate pearls, stones and charms; Kayla Gearhart, a local mixed media artist specializing in nature and animals; and John Halliday, a watercolor artist from Mobile, Ala. The gallery also represents the works of popular local and regional artists, including Eddie Powell, Reesa Qualia, Holly Rhodes, Donna Clayton of Popjoy Studio, Vicki Denaburg, John Maher and Ginger Leigh Designs.
The Holiday Open House will celebrate the season with holiday-themed art and décor as well as holiday gifts. Puzzles are a trendy gift for all ages, and the Gallery features popular artist-designed puzzles by New York Puzzle Company as well as Scenic 30A-themed jigsaw puzzles by True South Puzzle Company. Taylor Swift- themed puzzles, tea towels, and ornaments offer multiple gift options for Swiftie fans. Original seasonal décor, including Holiday on 30A candles (soy candles popular for their fresh Christmas tree scent) will also be available. For those hosting holiday parties and gatherings, the Gallery offers elegant and fun tableware, including napkins and acrylic napkin holders, Arthur Court serving pieces, tea towels, and coasters, to infuse coastal style and artistic design into any holiday celebration.
As a thank you to the many supporters over the last 15 years, The Blue Giraffe will have multiple giveaways throughout the event. From local coffee table books and a Laura Park Designs handbag, to Arthur Court pewter tableware and original artwork by Eddie Powell, Gisselle Barnhart, and BJ Weeks, The Blue Giraffe will be rewarding lucky guests who attend the celebration.
