Greg Harris leads Quantum Workplace, an Omaha-based leader in the human resource technology industry. Under Harris’ leadership, Quantum has amassed North America’s largest database of employee engagement data. Prior to joining Quantum Workplace, Harris founded a consultancy that specialized in client satisfaction analysis. He started his career as a regulatory analyst, then worked as an investment manager for a Wall Street investment bank.
Harris graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in Political Science and Research Methodologies. He serves on the boards of Special Olympics of Nebraska and a local bank. He is married with four children and resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
