We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Website & Digital Content Specialist to own the day-to-day accuracy, visual quality, and content updates of our company websites across multiple brands. This role is responsible for ensuring pages are current, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards through consistent site maintenance, photography integration, and inventory accuracy.
This position plays a key role in the customer experience by maintaining clean, inspiring, and accurate websites. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how e-commerce websites function, a sharp eye for detail, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance lifestyle product imagery.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday). The Website & Digital Content Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing, with KPIs focused on site accuracy, content freshness, and visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Own ongoing website updates across multiple brand sites
- Add, update, and maintain product photography, including lifestyle imagery
- Write, edit, and optimize clear, compelling, and on-brand product descriptions and copy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with each brand’s voice
- Verify product details and monitor and correct inventory discrepancies across site listings
- Upload, organize, and manage digital assets within product pages and collections
- Create AI-generated lifestyle product photography to enhance product presentation
- Support product launches, category updates, and merchandising initiatives
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor site content for errors, broken links, or outdated information
- Support continuous improvements to website presentation and user experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working with websites, CMS platforms, or e-commerce environments
- Working knowledge of how websites and content management systems function
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing product photography and digital assets
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment
- Willingness to be on-site Monday–Friday
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, e-commerce, web design, information systems, communications, or a related field
- Experience with NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, or similar ERP/e-commerce platforms
- Basic HTML experience
- Experience creating or managing AI-generated lifestyle product photography
- Understanding of inventory systems and digital merchandising workflows
