We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced managing broker to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our organization.

 

As the Managing Broker, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and mentoring our agents. Your expertise and leadership will serve as the backbone of our brokerage, guiding our team with strategic insight, operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to community and personalized service.

Education and Experience

Operational Leadership:

· Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.

· Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures.

· Implementation of strategies to grow market share.


2. Agent Mentorship & Development:

· Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to agents, fostering professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of service.

· Design and implement training programs, continuing education and professional development initiatives.


3. Strategic Planning and Community Building:

· Collaborate with Senior leadership to shape and execute the company’s vision, mission, and growth strategies.

· Represent the brokerage at industry events and within the community to build and maintain strong relationships.

· Work closely with senior leadership to implement innovative solutions that enhance both agent performance and client satisfaction.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where ideas and trust are valued

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Active broker license in Florida
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a real estate broker, with significant leadership and team-building experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in mentoring and developing successful real estate teams.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical day-to-day operational management abilities.
  • Proficiency with real estate technology platforms, including CRM and transaction management systems.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for community building and personalized service.

 

Physical Demands

  • Ability to operate normal office equipment.
  • Extensive use of a computer.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment, with frequent local travel to real estate assets throughout Northwest Florida.
