We are a dynamic and innovative boutique residential real estate brokerage launching a new market presence.  We are seeking a talented marketing professional to provide unparalleled support to a high-performing agent base while expanding our nationwide marketing efforts.  This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand presence and drive growth while supporting our agents in their client-facing marketing strategies.

 

The Brokerage Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing the brokerage’s marketing strategy. This individual will focus on building the brokerage’s nationwide presence while supporting agents with creative, effective, and results driven marketing tools and campaigns.  The ideal candidate is highly skilled in digital marketing, branding, and strategy development, with a passion for the real estate industry and a proven ability to drive measurable results.

Education and Experience

Brand Consistency and Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the brokerage and expand market share.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s vision and goals.

Agent Support:

  • Develop and execute agent-specific marketing strategies, including personalized branding, listing campaigns and social media support.
  • Provide training and tools to help agents create high-quality client-facing materials.
  • Act as a resource and collaborate with agents to execute their individual marketing plans effectively.
  • Create an agent onboarding process including checklists, templates, and tutorials to ensure agents feel confident and supported from day one.
  • Work closely with leadership to continuously improve the onboarding process based on agent feedback and performance metrics.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Manage the company’s digital campaigns including SEO, websites, email marketing, and social media channels that enhance visibility, drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Produce compelling content, such as blogs, videos, and infographics to attract clients.

 

Event Planning & Community Engagement:

  • Plan and coordinate events with agents and leadership including community outreach efforts.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and marketing best practices.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, email platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Experience working with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional design and branding skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to include oral, written and public speaking are required, as is the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of all relevant social media platforms and trends.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and develop consensus to effectively motivate timely action and excellent outcomes within finite time and financial parameters will be the measures of success for the appropriate candidate.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), and Adobe products are a necessity.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to operate normal office equipment.
  • Extensive use of a computer.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment, with frequent local travel to real estate assets throughout Northwest Florida.
